Many people around the world have dreams and goals for their lives; for example, to be an actor, a writer, and so on. But not all the people make their dreams come true, the reason could be the fear to failure or insecurity in herself. This essay is going to talk about the differences and similarities of the main characters in the movie: Julie and Julia.
Julia is a perseverant and intelligent woman, she always believed in herself. She was the inspiration for Julie, who always worked to complete her dreams. One of the similarities is that both enjoy when cooking and wanted to be famous. Despite of the many problems, like not knowing how to cook.
Both women published in a blog or a book their recipes. This helped then to be well knows. However, at the beginning nobody looked at the blog, and the book didn’t have sponsors to be publishes. To conclude this idea the two cookers always worked to have their our audience.
A difference between this women was the time that they lived. Julia had a more difficult time, because the mass media was limited. Other difference was the relationship that Julie had with her husband, because they didn’t communicate well. Julia was more mature than Julie in her projects.
When the people are clear about what they want and work hard for this they can get it. In conclusion, Julia and Julie teach us that any dream can be reality, when we believe in ourselves.
